Principles
- The College will continue to create a strong sense of
community which is built on respect, inclusion, and personal
integrity.
- The College will ensure that all members of the college
community understand the significance of gender, race,
ethnicity, class, and sexuality as important and simultaneous
aspects of social worlds and human lives.
- The College is dedicated to examining leadership issues
and advancing women’s and men’s leadership
in all areas of public life – locally, nationally,
and globally.

global society, where the ability to understand and appreciate
differences and similarities among all people and societies
is critical. The College will encourage respectful intellectual
