Goals
The College will boldly recruit students consistent
with the new vision of the College.
Goal: Increase the number of senior inquiries,
both domestic and international, including those most likely
to explore a global education in a challenging academic atmosphere
of honor, by 25 percent, (15,000 senior inquiries), by fall
2009.
Goal: Increase the number of Prime Time
(adult) inquiries by 5% (600) by fall 2009.
The College will recruit and admit students in
sufficient numbers for academic vitality and financial
sustainability.

Goal: Increase the number of applications
for admission, (all undergraduate and graduate), by 20 percent,
(1,200 applications) by fall 2009.
Goal: Increase the yield of admitted to
enrolled first year students (from all non “Fast
applications”) from
28 percent to 30 percent by fall 2009.

Goal: Continue to yield admitted to enrolled
transfer and adult students at a rate of 50% or
above through
fall 2009.
Goal: Adjust financial aid leveraging and
awarding strategies in efforts to reduce the tuition discount
by 20% by fall 2012 without decreasing yield.
The College will increase the retention and graduation
rates of its students.
Goal: Increase retention and graduation
by one percentage point each year over the next five years,
beginning 2007-08.
Goal: Over the next five years, encourage
and monitor discussions of increasing the number of graduate
programs. Annually assess growth in enrollment of such students.
