Requesting a Transcript

 

Choose One of the Following Ways to Request Your Transcript:

  • $5.00 per copy
    (+ $2.25 processing fee per destination)
  • Submit a completed copy of the Transcript Request Form or prepare a written request that includes your name as it was when you attended, social security number, current phone number, dates attended or graduation year, and an address of where the transcript needs to be sent.
  • $5.00 per copy
  • Order your transcripts in person at the Registrar's Office on the first floor of Main Hall.
  • $5.00 per copy

RUSH/OVERNIGHT INFORMATION:

  • Twenty-four hour service (sent regular mail within 24 hours of receipt): additional $10 per destination.
  • Overnight service in continental US only: additional $30 per destination.
  • If you have questions, please contact the Registrar's Office by phone at (434) 947-8143, by e-mail , or visit us in person on the first floor of Main Hall.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • The Registrar's Office does not issue unofficial transcripts
  • The Registrar's Office does not accept transcript requests via fax or email.
  • Your signature is required in order to process the request.  Be sure to sign and date your request.
  • Checks should be made payable to Randolph College.
  • Transcripts are free to undergraduate graduating seniors two semesters prior and one semester after their graduation. These requests must come directly to the Registrar's Office.
  • All transcript fees (and any express mailing fees) must be paid at the time of request.
  • Transcripts are never faxed or emailed.
  • Randolph College is the Official Custodian of the Transcripts of Stratford College.
