Physics professor Katrin Schenk has published a paper entitled " A low cost, reliable, high-throughput system for rodent behavioral phenotyping in a home cage environment" in the journal IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biological Sciences
This paper details her efforts towards building a home cage behavioral monitoring system for mice. This system will be used for assessing changes in mouse behavior in to genetic changes or disease processes.
