R-MWC Cross Country Speeds Through First Collegiate Race

Team finishes 8th at W&L Invitational

LYNCHBURG — Randolph-Macon Woman’s College’s cross country club team completed its first collegiate cross country race Sept. 9 at the Washington & Lee Invitational in Lexington.

Students on the club team earned an impressive 8th place finish. The college’s top finisher was Porsche Pugh, a first year, who placed 27th out of the 94 runners. Twins Nadia and Karema Moheisen placed second and third for the team.
