Win a New Car!

Class of 2007 sponsoring half-court shootoff

LYNCHBURG – The Randolph-Macon Woman’s College Class of 2007 is giving someone the chance to win the keys to a brand new car!

On Sunday, Feb. 19, the class will host a Half Court Shooting Competition immediately following the 3 p.m. WildCat basketball game. Up to four winners will be drawn from those buying raffle tickets. These winners will have the chance to sink two out of three half court shots. If they make the shots, they will win either $25,000 or a brand new 2006 Mazda Miata from Amherst Ford Mazda.

Admission to the game is free, although spectators are asked to donate a non-perishable canned food item. Raffle tickets will be available during the game and will cost $3 per ticket or $5 for two tickets.

Proceeds from the raffle will benefit the Class of 2007. All collected canned food items will be donated to a local charity.

Amherst Ford Mazda and Sodexho Food Service have sponsored the event.
