Virginia DMV releases R-MWC custom plates

Logo plates available for order online

LYNCHBURG, Va. — The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles has released customized Randolph-Macon Woman's College license plates featuring the College's distinctive square logo. The plates are available for order at local DMV branches or online.

The fee for the special plates is $25.00, in addition to the standard vehicle registration fee and charges for a personalized plate message, if desired. After the sale of the first 1000 plates, 60% of the fee will be transferred through the Commonwealth of Virginia directly to the College.

Founded in 1891, Randolph--Macon Woman's College is a highly selective undergraduate liberal arts college of 780 women with a distinguished history of establishing global connections through international education. The College was recently honored by NAFSA: Association for International Educators for the exemplary globalization of our campus, and has been recognized by U. S. News & World Report as one of the top ten national liberal arts colleges for our percentage of international students.
