LYNCHBURG — Randolph College will join 24 other private colleges from around the state in celebrating Virginia Private College Week July 27-Aug. 1.
The event provides rising high school juniors and seniors — and their families — with the opportunity to learn more about the vast array of educational offerings in the state. The week is sponsored by the Council of Independent Colleges in Virginia (CICV).
During the week, Randolph College and the other participating colleges will offer tours and information sessions about admissions, financial aid, and academic programs. Students who visit three participating colleges during this week will also receive three application fee waivers. These waivers can be used at any CICV college.
Randolph College will feature tour and information sessions at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. daily Monday, July 27 — Friday, July 31. On Saturday, Aug. 1, the college will offer a 9 a.m. session and tour.
