Friday, October 25 - BLACK & YELLOW DAY at RANDOLPH!

Wear your black and yellow all day today to show your Randolph College spirit!

5 p.m. WildCat Night at Rivermont Pizza.
Arriving early for Homecoming ’13? Connect with alums, students, and friends at the legendary Rivermont Pizza. Brick oven pizza and Ned’s 35 amazing microbrews are waiting.

7 p.m. Randolph Volleyball vs. Southern Virginia.
The Den is filled with fast-paced volleyball action as the WildCats look to defend home court against the Knights of SVU.

10 p.m. Moonlight Madness.
Don’t miss a single exciting on-court contest and laugh along as students, faculty and staff compete as we usher in the ’Cats basketball season!

Saturday, October 26

 

Homecoming 2013 will be held outside of WildCat Stadium (unless otherwise noted) and adjacent to the tennis courts. Plenty of parking is available at the Randolph Athletic and Dance Center.

9 a.m. Feats of Strength

  • Randolph Community Tennis Tournament
    The perfect start to a great day! All are invited to participate in this friendly competition!
  • 3K Fun Run.
    Come one, come all and Fun Run with us! The entire course is on campus, so enjoy the sights! Fun Run Map (pdf)
  • Riding Fall Festival at our Riding Center.
    Randolph’s last show of the year. A two day show that hosts the Randolph College Medal Year End Finals and the Oak Ridge Medal Year End Finals. See our beautiful facilities, stunning horses and talented riders!

10 a.m. Admissions Open House: Randolph First Look!
All alumnae and alumni can bring prospective students to campus to meet our new president, tour the campus and attend a mock class! Register today at www.randolphcollege.edu/randolphfirstlook

10 a.m. Randolph Sweatshirt Sale at our Campus Store. Attend Homecoming in style: buy one sweatshirt, get one half-off! Sale will run until 5 p.m.

3 p.m. Registration Opens.
Alumnae and alumni check-in at the registration table for your (free) chance to win the Randolph Tailgate Basket!

  • Inflatable Obstacle Course and tattoos.
    Temporary, of course. Bounce away kiddos!
  • Class Chariots on Display.
    All classes will competing head-to-head and wheel-to-wheel. Take a close look at the amazing chariots and pick your favorite.
  • WWRM DJ.
    Skilled student DJ’s pumping out aural excitement. Check ‘em out!
  • WildCat Tailgate Party.
    Enjoy the best tailgate ever from 3-7 p.m.! Stop by and grab a bite. Support Randolph’s SAAC group by purchasing chips, treats, soda and water. Want something more? Visit the beer garden for beer* and wine.* (* 21 and older, of course)
  • Randolph College Nursery School Homecoming.
    RCNS alums are invited to celebrate the school’s 70th anniversary. Come for friends, fun and food – stay for the alum pic on our WildCat Stadium turf.

4 p.m. Randolph Women’s Soccer vs. Bridgewater.
The young and exciting WildCat women’s soccer team will look to knock off the ODAC Championship finalist Eagles in what should be a thrilling contest. Randolph’s a cappella group, Touch of Harmony, performs the national anthem.

5:45 p.m. Clash of the Classes: the 2013 Chariot Race.
Watch the ’14s, ’15s, ’16s and ’17s race around the WildCat Stadium track in an epic shoulder-to-shoulder, wheel-to-wheel battle for supremacy and bragging rights. They’re still talking about last year’s race! The ’16s are the reigning champions!

7 p.m. Randolph Men’s Soccer vs. Bridgewater.
Randolph will look to avenge a road loss to the Eagles in 2012 as Bridgewater College comes to WildCat Stadium for a battle with a senior-laden WildCat squad. Alum photo on the turf during halftime!

8:30 p.m. Star Party at Winfree Observatory. We have star power at Randolph – or at least our 14-inch Schmidt-Cassegrain reflector telescope does! View the universe with us.

9 p.m. Homecoming Bonfire.
Gather ’round the bonfire with old friends and new ones for a warm, glowing end to a perfect day. Karaoke DJ presented by the Macon Activities Council.
