Friday, October 19 – BLACK & YELLOW DAY at RANDOLPH!
Wear your black and yellow all day to show your Randolph College spirit!
5 p.m. WildCat Night at Rivermont Pizza. Arriving early for Homecoming ’12? Connect with alums, students, and friends at the legendary Rivermont Pizza. Brick oven pizza and Ned’s 35 amazing microbrews are waiting.
7 p.m. Randolph Volleyball vs. Bridgewater. Don’t miss a single exciting dig or spike as the ’Cats protect The Den from an Eagle attack!
10 p.m. Moonlight Madness. Don’t miss a single exciting on-court contest (and laugh) while students, faculty and staff compete as we usher in the ’Cats basketball season!
Saturday, October 20
Homecoming 2012 will be held outside of WildCat Stadium and adjacent to the tennis courts. Plenty of parking is available at the Randolph Athletic and Dance Center.
2 p.m. Randolph Community Tennis Tournament The perfect start to a great day! All are invited to participate in this friendly competition!
2 p.m. 3K Fun Run. Come one, come all and Fun Run with us! The entire course is on campus, so enjoy the sights! Fun Run Map (pdf)
3 p.m. Registration Opens. Students, alumnae, and alumni check-in at the registration table for your (free) chance to win the Randolph Tailgate Basket!
3 p.m. Class Chariots on Display. The classes of 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 are competing head-to-head and wheel-to-wheel. Take a close look at the amazing chariots and pick your favorite.
3 p.m. - 8 p.m. WWRM DJ. Skilled student DJ’s pumping out aural excitement. Check ‘em out!
3 p.m. - 8 p.m. WildCat Tailgate Party. Enjoy the best tailgate ever from 3-8 p.m.! Stop by and grab your favorite food from our vendors. Support Randolph’s SAAC group by purchasing chips, treats, soda and water. Want something more? Visit the beer garden for beer* and wine.* (* 21 and older, of course)
4 p.m. Randolph Women’s Soccer vs. Hollins. Coach Porterfield and the ’Cats bring their exciting, fast-paced style home to the WildCat Stadium turf to avenge last year’s defeat to HU. Cheer them on in your Black and Yellow!
Randolph’s a cappella musical group, Songshine, performs the national anthem.
5:45 p.m. Clash of the Classes: the 2012 Chariot Race. Watch the ’13s, ’14s, ’15s, and ’16s race around the WildCat Stadium track in an epic shoulder-to-shoulder, wheel-to-wheel battle for supremacy and bragging rights. They’re still talking about last year’s race! The ’12s are the reigning champions!
7 p.m. Randolph Men’s Soccer vs. Shenandoah. The ’Cats are coming off a 2011 ODAC Championship and NCAA Quarter Final appearance. They’re tough on the WildCat Stadium turf— and this is the first ever ODAC meeting between the two teams!
Special halftime presentation honoring the Class of 2012 and all alumnae/i.
9 p.m. Homecoming Bonfire. Gather ’round the bonfire for a warm, glowing end to a perfect day. Old friends, new friends and music, presented by the Macon Activities Council.
