Mark Harrison wins Best Paper award.

 Business and economics professors received award at 2012 conference

Mark Harrison, associate professor of business and economics, won the Best Paper award at the 2012 conference of the Virginia Association of Economists. His paper was entitled "A Simple General Equilibrium Model of Inter-Jurisdictional Competition."
