Shradha Shrestha presents senior and summer research at New York State Economics Assocation Annual Meeting

 Student's research examines the effects of a housing non-profit's home renovations on surrounding property values.

Shradha Shrestha '12 presented the results of a study of the Lynchburg Neighborhood Development Foundation's home renovations on home sales prices and assessment values in the Tinbridge Hill neighborhood at the New York State Economics Assocation Annual Meeting. Shrestha's work was done in a neighborhood close to the College. Elizabeth Perry-Sizemore served as Shrestha's research advisor.
