Grant was prepared by Wazhma Furmuli ’11 and Wenjiao Liu ’11
LYNCHBURG—Randolph College has received a $1,500 grant from Omicron Delta Epsilon, an international honor society in economics. The grant was prepared by Wazhma Furmuli ’11 and Wenjiao Liu ’11 under the direction of Liz Perry-Sizemore, an economics and business professor. Furmuli and Liu are members of Randolph College’s Phi Chapter of Virginia.
The grant will provide funding for a speakers’ series focused on economics and business and featuring College alumnae. The students will also travel to New York to visit the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the Museum of American Finance, and Wall Street. Students will also network with the New York Alumnae Chapter.
