State Council for Higher Education Award Is For Teacher Improvement

Peggy Schimmoeller, Peter Sheldon, and Tatiana Toteva received the grant for a number of initiatives to help elementary and middle school teachers to better teach science, in particular to help them use hands-on and inquiry based methods.
